Ever feel that you when you go out
To collect spiecemens where ever you are,
That you feel.like a researcher or a scienceist?
People watch me as collect spiecemens
Some people call me a scienceist some call me a biologist.
You have to admit it's flattering.
But collecting spiecemens is an adventure.

Are you sure people did not suspect you as a terrorist spreading anthrax I got that strange stare, 1/4 of the times, if I collect sample at a strange place (for example, at a city bayou, instead of inside a zoo or a national park).

3/4 of the times, people did call me "biologist" when they saw me.

I do not find that flattering though. I have been an academic research scientist for years in fact.

You know people call PhD's the following for a good reason:

You know what people say MD stands for?
Money Doctor.
