First session with Fluorescence

Today I got the fluorescence system working with my Nikon inverted diaphot. Here are a couple of short video clips:

First, pondwater stained with Acridine Orange, which emits green light through a FITC cube:


Second, pondwater autofluorescence using a red emission TRIITC cube:


Here are a couple of stills. This is proof of concept, there's plenty I have to learn.
