This is silly-cheap [£2 despite the company's name] and has great potential:
Either use it as designed, or use the half-ball as a tilting table, and the front section as a lamp.

Amazing value...it even comes with batteries.

The alternative use as a tilting table for a stereo or arranging a subject for macro photography is not to be overlooked either.
