Leitz Laborlux 12 darkfield filter

Has anyone used darkfield with this microscope? I can't figure out what kind of holder it's supposed to take. I'd assume the darkfield filter should be placed just below the condenser lens, but it's at the end of this long "tube" and there's no obvious place for filters or a holder.

Does your condenser have a slot on the right side similar to this picture?

I’m sorry, I have only just now noticed you have said it’s at the end of a long barrel, do you have a picture of it?

Hi folks
I’m too am interested in obtaining darkfield illumination from my Laborlux S (similar to the 12?) I have the LK condenser with no filter facility and getting a series 56 condenser soon (the same as the one shown by ‘Precisioninstruments’). It would be handy to know the filter size and also what size for Darkfield too if poss please?.
