I was looking at the colors, if I can obtain a better image I will post it.

You should look into focus stacking freeware. This image would benefit from multiple exposures stacked. CombineZP is a good one to try.

I agree Jim, I will test out combine ZP, but I will not have time today. If I have a question can I ask you? The only problem, this camera is never constant even with exactly the same settings. I wii see where it takes me though.

1. You have to set the camera to manual and use the same exposure time and sensitivity. You make one test picture, remember the settings and then use them again.
2. When using stereo microscopes, changing the focus can also change the magnification a bit (as the objective is raised and lowered). There is nothing that can be done against it.
3. Some stacking software also aligns the images (if they are horizontally shifted). I have good experiences with the free software Picolay (www.picolay.de). You load the images (taken back to front) and then go "Stack with current parameters". This worked well most of the time.

OK thanks Oliver, I downloaded picolay. Looks like this may be easy.
I hope to have my first stacked image soon.
