What is your microscopy history? What are your interests? What equipment do you use?

Small things are cool

Hello there!
My name is Anouk and I'm from the Netherlands. I'm 26 years old and I'm currently studying biology and medical laboratory research. I've been interested in microscopy ever since I got my first microscope when I was around 9 years old and I've been interested in all the animals and small critters that live in ponds and such since I can remember.
I own an AmScope compound microscope which I'm very pleased with. I've also been growing mushrooms for a while now. I used to find mushrooms and fungi in general a bit unsettling, even though I would sometimes go find them in the woods with my father and sister. But ever since I endeavored to learn more about them 3 years ago or so, I've grown to really appreciate them.
In general I like to do all kinds of projects and I like to learn new things.
Anyway, kind regards!
