Hi
I'm Ray Pooley.
I have had a a number of careers in my time. I have been a Construction Engineer, a Banker (booo!) and a Software Engineer.
In 1985 I studied and gained my 2nd Degree: a BA degree in Biology. The first degree was a BSc in Mechanical Engineering.
I also have an MSc in Computer Architectures and Software Engineering. The things you have to do to earn a living hey??
Anyway, I recently retired aged 65. You start looking for something to do.
One the most enjoyable aspects of my BA Biology studies was the microscopy. I always told myself that, one day, I would buy
myself a decent microscope and spend more time looking into it.
So here I am. I have just bought a YBB 136E Binocular Compound microscope. So its all systems go.
However, I have a bit of a problem with my microscope that I need to sort out.
I will create a posting on the General Forum, since there doesn't appear to be a more specific
Trouble shooting one.
I would very much appreciate it if you guys could offer some advise.
Thanks
Ray Pooley
