Hi everyone,
My name is Jack and I'm from the New Jersey. I'm a near-total newcomer to microscopy.
And just recently found this site and it has been great experience so far.

Welcome JackMcConnick,
You don't mention if you have a microscope yet. If you don't, have a look in the Beginner's corner section. There are several threads on the subject.
