Sorry for my english,English is not my first language

You seem to be doing fine!

Particularly like the second image - Tardigrade egg or Rotifer cyst?

Those are great pics Chris, thanks for sharing. What stain did you use for the blood smear?

May-Grünwald Giemsa stain.I think this is the best stain to stain blood films.

Very good images, especially for the magnification implied due to their displayed size.

Most of them seem to have a slight inverted 3-D quality to them. They show some relief but it seems inverted. Is that by chance or did you use a condenser offset or some other technique?

Welcome, Chris, and thanks for the images you share. Your blood smears seem excellent to me! Here in finger lakes/US we are getting ready for our cornbeef, cabbage St.Patricks day traditional feast...yummy.Again, I am impressed with the even balanced illumination and balanced stain colors across the entire blood film images you post here, great technique!

thanks and welcome, Charlie guevara
