Infor needed for Reichert Neopan

I just obtained a Neopan that had been configured for polarised Epi illumination. It has 3 Epi objectives (6.3,12.5,32x, 0/np)) and one regular Plan (3.2x), all 210mm. My model doesn’t seem to have had the Bertrand Lens installed for some reason. It's missing the bulb assembly for the illuminator, the polariser slider and the compensator slider, I plan to source or make replacements. It also sports a small black plastic tab on the front of the monocular head that i have no idea of the use for.

I have the Operating Instructions for Neopan-Pol translated by J.G.McHone but it doesn’t mention the Epi illuminator so I need dimensions etc.. Other than that document, information on the model seems to be rather sparse. Can anyone suggest other sources of info.
