I think such a thing may have existed, but for a brief enough period and expensive enough that it's just never seen. I remember seeing something on eBay that might have been one or maybe something to so the opposite(?) But it was a long time ago and poorly labeled.
I can't imagine the results would be that good.

Yeah, the empty spacers are easy enough to get since they made a bunch for the cf infinity objectives (probably still do since they still make some).

Here's the "thing". It has optics inside for infinity correction.
It works for anything TL160. It's CF, so it pretty much passes along whatever CA the lens has.
Image quality is OK, it won't work with confocal setups so you wouldn't be concerned with it anyway. I hear it was for the users of the NCF PA 60x WI, which was introduced just before Nikon went CFI60.

I got mine for about 10 bucks. It's completely void of any markings, so it sometimes comes by as a mystery "adapter". I've seen some planted on a random turret too.

You might be able to diy one. Just 3D print the housing in two parts and incorporate an achromat with what looks like about a 10-12mm focal length. I might have a go myself one day if I have some spare time!

Thanks! I'm glad you were able to shed some light on this. Another intriguing item to keep an eye out for.
