I am a relatively new member and so far am unable to PM other users. I'm sure there is a policy on this as to the threshold which allows PMing but I would like to contact Charlie in an offline mode if possible.

So that being said, Charlie if you could respond to this post I would like to chat personally about an item. Or you could email me at k7irc0 at gmail dot com. Either way it would be much appreciated.

I tried PMing him and was notified I hadn't yet qualified.
I am referring to the user name "Charlie". There is only one. In Members under 'C' he is number 18.
