How to detach Olympus U-PMTVC from TR-30?

I'd like to remove this entire black camera attachment section from the microscope head.
Any idea how?
There are a couple of holes as though a tool may be required.

The two screws on the camera adapter hold it to the dovetail of the triocular body. I think it's a 2mm allen wrench that will work.

That's a BX series adapter that works fine with the BH series.
The Olympus BX standard hex wrench is 3 mm.
