Lomo APO 60x 1,0 WI

#1 Post by FlanaganV » Sat Sep 08, 2018 9:40 am

Hi,

I've reading the forum for a while (learning a lot) and finally decided to post. Recently I got a Lomo Biolam off ebay at a really good price, and then I began the search for a WI objective. I found the apo 60x 1,0 WI (the version designed for dipping, without coverslip) at a fair price and I ordered it.

The objective arrived and it's otherwise in pretty good condition, but first of all I have a question for anyone who has also this objective. By the shape of the objective It seems that it should have a retractable, spring loaded, front lens, but the thing is that it doesn't, or simply it is stuck. The seller says that the objective has been always that way. So, anyone that owns this one can confirm if the front lens is retractable or not?

Thank you in advance!!

Thank you all for your responses. We can safely confirm that it's not spring loaded...
