Taken with the Zeiss 40x, I'll order a small 5ml bottle of immersion oil made by Bresser from a nearby reseller, I'm assuming they are very similar between manufacturers.

Nice reference table. I did search Wikipedia for a list of refractive indexes, but I ended up being afraid of making a mess and having trouble cleaning the glass or having some unexpected reaction between lens coatings or the barrel metal of the objective, so I ended up deciding to wait for the oil.
