Dr. Phlox's Inverted Microscope

Here's a challenge. In the Star Trek series Enterprise, Dr. Phlox has an inverted microscope in the second season's episode Dear Doctor.

What make is it?

Of course he's clearly done some mods. It can see DNA and there are no objectives.

I believe it is a Sarpeidon Temporalscope, made by the same company that manufactures the Atavachron.
