Zeiss Axioplan 2 Aperture Slides

Hi,

Does anyone have a Zeiss Axioplan 2 with the slides in the reflection axis that control the field stop and aperture stop? I'm not finding parts, so I'd like pictures and dimension to make replacements. These would be the ones with the adjustment screws on the end (Iris Stop Slider 000000-1062-360 as shown in the manual)

Any help would be appreciated.
