condenser Orthoplan

#1 Post by janvangastel » Sun Jul 12, 2020 5:03 am

My Orthoplan has a condenser without a filter tray. I found this one on Ebay (link below), but I don't know if it has a filter tray and I don't know if it fits on my orthoplan. I hope one of the orthoplan users on the list can help me here.

I don't have a filter tray in my Orthoplan condenser. I think normally there is no filter tray in Onrthoplan condensers. The Ebay link represents Bereck condenser which, as far as I understand, is for a microscope without a built-in Köhler illumination, perhaps for an older model of Ortholux. I don't know if it fits to or if it is even very usable in Orthoplan.

There was an attachment for your existing condenser. I'm looking for one too but they're not easy to find. I might make one one of these days.
