Scuticociliates (probably Cyclidium sp., but could be Uronema[?] or Pleuronema[?]).

Nice video. Very clear.
The "Scuticociliates" seem to be walking/running rather than swimming, at least that is the impression I get.
Are they on the surface?

Thank you, 75RR, for your kind comment. I'm no expert, but I think those are ciliates and they swim rather than walk or run, but perhaps someone more knowledgeable will give a more definitive answer.
