Thank you, Manfred. I use an old Nikon Optiphot microscope fitted with DIC. The phototube of the trinocular head is fitted with a 2x projection lens (the head itself incorporates magnification of 1.25x) and I use an Olympus E-P1 camera body (for both stills and video). The turret-type condenser is fitted with DIC prisms for the 20x, 40x and 100x objectives (I use the 20x DIC prism also with the 10x objective although I guess the result is not optimal). I also have a phase contrast condenser and phase contrast 10x, 20x, 40x, and 100x objectives. All optics are from the Nikon CF series.
