Hello Forists,

I just bought me a Zeiss Plan-Neofluar 63/125 Oil and would like to show two of my first oil-immersion-photos:

1. Arcella discoides 122 µm one focal plane:



2. Arcella discoides 133 µm stack of two (discoides are nicely flat) focal planes, showing 9 of 10 or eleven kernels. Generally A. discoides have two kernels.



OK, it's not DIC, but still ...
