Amoeba with a belly full of diatoms

I found this amoeba in the sediment of my algae culture bowl.

The amoeba is too large to keep the whole thing in focus at the same time, so I focus back and forth through the video to bring different parts of it into view.

The orange-brown rods inside it are consumed diatoms being digested. I believe that the clear circles are contractile vacuoles, and the darker circle in the lower right is the nucleus. It is possible that the nucleus is one of the clear circles, though, or that the amoeba has more than one nucleus, as some species do.
