Sped up 4X at 400x , lots of Spirillum bacteria and fungi feeding on a rotifer.

what software do you use that has a slide zoom?

No software, just a plain old Galaxy Note 4 phone I had laying around with the app Open camera, fix focus. -1.5 ev exposure and incandescent filter at 4x speed. No editing needed.
