Hi everyone,
after some encouraging results, I returned to the same subject: the Chydorus, a relatively common Phillopod Crustacean.
This image is the result of the stacking of 10 shots during which the animal remained perfectly still.
I am also glad that after more than half a century my old microscope still has something to say ...
I used a Panasonic G7 mounted on a Leitz SM (black enamel) paired with a Leitz Apo 12.5 / 0.30. The lighting system is a mixture of bright field and oblique lighting.

You are both skilled and lucky! Beautiful.
Re: One more Chydorus ...
Thanks! ...definitely luckier than skilled, because these are my first compound microscope photos, although I have a good experience in high magnification focus stacking photography...
