25x, 190µm, Oblique, 13 image stack Photoshop
Managed to get some detail on the Diatom at the bottom of the aperture as well, which was nice.

16x, 250µm, Oblique, 14 image stack in Photoshop
This is from the same slide, taken with the 16x as it was a little too large to use the 25x
There were quite a lot of Centropyxis about in the sample - no amoeba were visible however.

Last of the set from that slide, this one shows slightly different building material.

Very good imaging! The first one seems like I should be able to pick it up off the screen.

All three are excellent. Have never seen one of these. Good catch.

Great images, 75RR! I believe it would be nice to include a scale bar! I also love your copyright stamp :)

Many thanks Crater Eddie, JimT and Naphthalene.
I believe it would be nice to include a scale bar!
I do mention the size in the description.
Perhaps it might be helpful to include one, will have to figure out how to do that.
I also love your copyright stamp
Thanks, it was fun designing it.
It is a play on my surname, forbes, which was traditionally pronounced with two syllables.

All are super! As CE said, you can almost pick them up with your fingers. Colors, details, texture are all there.
