Mystery Worm movie

It sure does look like two worms. That is why I filmed it. Worms do not mate like that though. Maybe the worm was injured but I think perhaps it is laying eggs. ??

A Nikon S Cb microscope with a Bausch & Lomb 6X objective lens and a AmScope MD500 USB camera was used.

Well.............I dunno, guys...........
All the "worms" I have seen have had c l e a r anterior/posterior configurations.
What I am seeing, is two worms joined anterior-ly.
I have no clue...why...
