Observer dans la rivière le Thouet.
Researcher Bino et MicroCam 3,0 MP.
Montage glycérine liquide.

En voici une autre.
Prise de vue microscope Researcher Bino et APN Canon PowerShot A550 ,prise au format RAW avec le Canon car sur la carte SD il a y CHDK qui permet a des petits compacts des déclencher au format RAW.
Eclairage oblique.
Objectif plan 40 X.

I agree with CE. The last one is especially nice, particularly at this magnification of a tiny alga. Very good 3D effect.

Le Canon PowerShot A550 je les acheter au mois de novembre 2014 en occasion pour 39 Euro.
Et je chercher justement se genre de modèle pour pourvoir lui mettre sur le carte SD CHDK pour pourvoir déclencher en RAW,car ça permet de mieux gérer les hautes lumières,ainsi que la balance des blancs.
Pour le montage adaptateur universel mis sur le porte oculaire du microscope car ces un bino.
Et déclenchement par retardateur du boitier.

FYI-all.....

One can get pretty-good instant translations of any foriegn-language text by dragging your cursor through text to mark it......copy it....and then paste that text into the entry box of GOOGLE TRANSLATE.

And JWSmith, If you have IE, all you need to do is highlight the text and right click and you have an option right there to translate with Bing.
