Tardigrade's exercise routine

#1 Post by SilverWolf » Sat Feb 27, 2021 7:32 am

Hi all,

Well finally I found a tardigrade, took almost 36 hours to revive it from the moss sample I found (I live in a desert lol {South Australia} it's a bit hot 'n dry down here  )

And first thing it has to do is a cardio workout, looks like it's stuck on a treadmill.. Bright field and Polarized.

Nice video. I have collected some moss yesterday to look for tardigrades.

I agree it is a nice video. I never tire of water bears.

Thank you for the comments, I was very excited as I'd been trying everywhere to find one of them lol. Driven all over, hiking and walking looking high and low and guess where I found them....... in my backyard
