Hello has all.
A small observation of this night.
Assembly(Editing) liquid glycerin.
Researcher Bino and MicroCam 3,0 MP.

Beautiful optical sections with excellent detail. I think such optical sections give a different view (probably better) than does a focus stack.

Yes I also think that sometimes it is better necessary to make than a single grip to see better details which one want to show on the specimen.
And three photos I these facts in panoramic view of two photos because he return not whole in the field.

Excellent sharpness and clarity. Great view of the eye in the last one.
I think such optical sections give a different view (probably better) than does a focus stack.
I think each one has its place, what is important is that each technique be able to show something that can not be seen clearly by the others, it is after all why they were created. I think sometimes we get carried away by pretty rather than practical.

Yes photos have was made in a single view(sight) to provide well to highlight the small details, as on the last photo or I was willing to show eye of Rotifère.

I agree. I think my comment arose from sour grapes, as I think I can do optical sections (although not with oblique illumination!), but I know I cannot do focus stacks :oops: .
