I found this algae in the forest pond.All images with 100x objective.

Excellent and very bautiful, as always. What are the different illumination techniques you used?
I think there is a mistake somewhere: either your objective was not 100x, or your scale was not 50 µm (or, the third possibility, I am wrong).

I agree with Gekko. You probably meant 10x obj. for a total magnification of 100x.

Beautiful images!!! I will guess the first is bright light. The second looks like some type of a UGF filter. The third is truly beautiful and I will guess a Rheinberg filter. And the fourth I will guess again a UGF type filter again.

Great that you got two together for the last shot and they are all super. Well done.

You have a good eye,I had made a mistake in the calibration software.
First image was little polarized light,rest DIC.
Scale already changed,Thanks.
