Looks the most like- Deuteramoeba.

I have other footage from same water sample of ones that didn't "limb out"
much at all and I saw at the page ones they look like.

Sometimes you have to be patient before they start behaving normally and then they better fit one of the images.
But I always find it difficult, it is an amoeba, so no fixed form.

It is called "Digital Horizon."
