Each picture is a stack of 5 images, captured with Leitz Photar 25mm f/2, modified LOMO ОИ-28 on CZJ Nf stand, Nikon TC-14EII teleconverter as relay lens and finally Nikon D500 DSLR. I think the resulting magnification of this setup is around 15:1.
Gear list:
CZJ NfPk and Polmi A w/ 45mm apo objectives, Phv, Epi Pol, trinocular
Gamma Hungary 3D-condenser
LOMO ОИ-28 Fluorescence Attachment
Set of Leitz Photar macro lens
Nikon D500 DSLR
LOMO МС-2 microtome

Thanks! Illumination is done through the objective with a 395nm LED installed in place of standard halogen lamp, yellow blocking filter included in ОИ-28 set is used to cut off reflected blue spectrum.
