Hi.
1-moss in autofluorescence.
2.-moss autofluorescence and bright field merge in PS5.
3.-Closterium sp. autofluorescence
4.-Closterium sp. simultaneous autofluorescence and BF.

Does this moss always auto fluorescence? or did you treat it?

Superb! All are very beautiful, yet I find those with autofluorescence + bright field especially attractive.
