Do you 'image process out, do you remove :dust specs/ fibers/ media debris from this video sequence?

How is it that the media this protist swims in seems so clear? Yes one small protist does swim by this organism..yet how is the imagery so clear?

Fantastic imaging, well made video. As educational as it is beautiful. I especially liked your capture of the interplay between the contractile vacuoles and radiating canals.

I have not eliminated any type of residue through image processing.
I place the collected sample in a petri dish and select the specimen with the help of a stereo microscope and a Pasteur pipette. If done carefully (and with the help of luck) it is possible to capture the specimen with any debris.
