My first video made using the PZO DIC technique.
Presents little Daphnia.
I placed the preparation on a basic glass that had a special indentation.
This protected the microorganisms from being crushed by the cover glass.
20x lens.
Pentax K3 camera.
Filming speed 25 frames per second.
