Nice pic. These are the ones that make potentially useful oils? Where did you get it?

Think so but thought it safer to keep to genus, believe Botryococcus braunii is the one in demand.
Where did you get it?
Man made lake in a local park, Caracas, Venezuela.
What, not 450 image stack
That was total for all 4 images, first one was a mere 228. ;)

Have seen some striking images of Botryococcus braunii on the web ... bit of a challenge as they have to be squished (there is probably a more technical term for that), in order to show their structure and release the oil.
