Dutch Fossil Diatoms

After too many days away, I finally had some time tonight to do some shooting

Thanks to the great work of others I had some interesting targets

AO Ten, 50 and 100x Oil Iris Plan Achro, Darkfield condenser, Canon 70D Single frames.

Great images. Man, whoever that "K. Maurer" character is, he really knows how to put a slide together, wow. 8-)

First and last images: very interesting form, looks like a closer study may be in order...

Very nice. Getting a lot more detail in your darkfield.
