10x and 16x objectives, 50 and 55µm, Darkfield, Offset Darkfield Stop and Oblique Stop, 4,6,8 and 22 image stacks.
May have overcooked the 2nd and 4th one a bit. Think the third photo might include an oogonia. It looks "reproductive".
Was taking photos of these algae when I ran across the Limnias melicerta.

Nice. I really like how offset and oblique add a 3D look.

Those are so vivid and sharp! Hats off. They say the human eye is particularly sensitive to green ... maybe that's why algae make such photogenic models.
