Amphipleura pellucida and Frustulia romboides

#1 Post by Waltermicrofossil » Sat Jan 03, 2015 4:37 pm

hello everyone

I have used a monocrome camera ASI120MM and a Filter Wratten 47, in addition to oblique light for these photos.

Warmest regards
Walter

I use a Leitz Plan Apo 100x 1,32
and Lomo Aplanatic 1.4 condenser for direct and oblique illumination.
Use oil between Objective and slide and between slides and condenser.

Amazing detail. What size are the diatoms?
Zeiss Standard WL (somewhat fashion challenged) & Wild M8
Olympus E-P2 (Micro Four Thirds Camera)
