Very nice! Can you give some details of the illumination you used? (I've tried illuminating a slide of foraminifera by using an LED source (Jansjö, IKEA) close to the stage and a plastic diffuser between the LED and the slide but I guess I need to do some more experimenting to try to get acceptable results.)

For illumination i use a spot light self-built with a series of high intensity led powered at 12 v.

For stacking a series of photo i use a very good freeware software called "Picolay".

Thank you! Quite an elaborate lighting system! Yes, I used to use Picolay, but recently every time I download it, Norton (virus protection software) doesn't like it and it removes it :( So now I use CombineZP. Thanks again for the picture and the details.
