nach einer Woche zur Aufhellung in KOH sind einige Details hell genug um hier gezeigt zu werden.

Thanks for the images of this ticks 'buisness end' ,Manfred.

Where I live, our white tail deer are the reproductive hosts of deer-ticks ( Ixodes scapularis)...and it's deer-ticks which transmit diseases to us humans...gulp!
