Rotifer ? Collotheca ornata

Believe this to be Rotifer, Collotheca ornate 10x & 40x .
Have video but will post later.
Tried to post this from Google Photos in Sand Box but having problems.

Your organism looks more like a suctoria to me; but what do I know.
