I think you are right. Was it in stagnant water? How big (Small) was it?

Just measured it. It is approx. 45-50µm tip to tip.

Just measured it. It is approx. 45-50µm tip to tip.
Only size reference I have been able to find on line says 25-30 ums. We need the experts to help with the ID.

Regardless, really nice image.

JimT, thanks. I checked my files and I had the mag changer on 2X when I took these images. Therefore, the size is really only half of what I said in my previous post. Meaning 22-25 µm.
