Olympus UplanFl40x Phase, however, phase plate was not installed, so it is a regular bright field image.

Great, did you mazerate the speciman (perhaps KOH?), because it`s very clear.

I wish I remembered. This slide was prepared 30 years ago when I had my first microscope. I have then had a 30 year break before I picked up this hobby again.
