I've just realized that I used 100x objective for this, not 50x.
I've updated the post.

Very nice image or a difficult subject! Are you sure about the 100x? I normally shoot these at 20x. Did you use direct projection onto the sensor?

Thanks! The nauplius wasn't very active: it moved a bit, then stopped for several seconds, then move again, etc. Maybe methyl cellulose I added helped.
Yes, I'm sure about 100x. And yes, I used direct projection onto the sensor.
