Onion Cell 400X GUF

This photo show Onion cell (unstained) at 400X using GUF

I use Galaxy S6 take this photo at the eyepiece by Afocal technic.
Resize and Unsharp Mask.

That is really good, especially so, done with such a straightforward and relatively uncomplicated procedure. I like the unstained quality too. It makes the image seem more real.

Nucleus is very clear in some of the cells. Good result.

I think GUF filter is usable at 400X, it can show fine details and look much better than normal Bright field illumination.
