Two images of a lateral section (LS) both stained with red food colouring. First one is with the 40X obj. and shows cell structure and nucleus. Second image is with the 60X obj. and shows stomata and nucleus.

Very nice Jim - really great texture & detail. Just show what may be achieved with expert hand-sectioning.

Yes, Combine ZP - Pyramid Weighted Average stacks. Three images each and post processing in PS.Are these z-stacks or single images?

There is a fair amount of relief with these excellent pictures. Was the lighting oblique, Jim?
