Yet another desmid, Cosmarium this time.
10x SPLAN objective, 20 image stack. Cropped a bit.

CE, if you have the capability they are also quite interesting in polarized light.

I don't have a polarizer for the BH-2, but I do have for the LOMO scope. I'll try that next time, thanks for the suggestion.
