Short Timelapse video of Citric acid crystal formation.
x20 objective, polarising filter.
The images were taken with Canon Liveview software connected to a Canon 550d DLSR. I used the intervalometer feature of Liveview to take 140 images at 4 frames a minute which were combined to make the video.

Wonderful video... It is somewhat like a fractal... I used to fiddle with fractals myself, but it has been years...

Nice vid! Time lapse is such a kick. It's like a macroscope...it gives a big-picture view, time-wise.
