Hello everyone.
An observation Calcium oxalate.
Taken from an onion.

Really like these colourful and vibrant images. The darkfield's 'golden ingots' are also very nice.

Are these the commonplace lower epidermis cells of the onion bulb? unstained? and the crystals are only visible under POL?

I think that I identify such crystals in the external skin of a garlic clove in bright field, but it is all without the magnificent colors of course. Need to stain it, in the absence of polarization accessories.
